Impact of Shared Decision Making on Improving Patient-Clinician Interactions and MS Quality Measures: Pilot Study

@Point of Care collaborated with The Dartmouth Institute, Swedish Neuroscience Institute, and Genentech to evaluate the effect of Shared Decision Making (SDM) educational training of both patients and their clinicians on facilitating improved SDM in the practice setting, offering the potential for improved clinical outcomes. Results from a study designed to assess the impact of SDM training demonstrated significant clinical improvements. A poster was presented with these results at the 34th Congress of the European Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (ECTRIMS).
